Return Policy
All our products are UV-sterilized and packaged in heat-sealed Medical-Grade Ziploc® pouches.
Due to International Hygiene Regulations and especially since Covid-19, we are PROHIBITED to accept returns of pharmaceutical and cosmetic items once the package has been opened, tamper evident seals have been disturbed, or products sampled.
Faulty items will be replaced FREE of charge.
